Questions before you commit
Who makes the medical decision?
The receiving hospital or medical team decides eligibility, the treatment plan and clinical care. RMC provides independent coordination. A review may conclude that no suitable pathway is available.
Who should I pay, and are deposits refundable?
Confirm the recipient and its relationship to the hospital or pharmacy, then request itemised costs and written cancellation terms. Refunds depend on the agreed terms; RMC does not promise treatment success or reimbursement.
Can you help with the journey to China?
Where a review supports proceeding, we can help coordinate appointments, language support and practical arrangements. Ask the institution which invitation or supporting documents it can provide, and confirm current visa requirements with the relevant embassy or consulate.
