Regenerative Medicine China is a specialist international patient coordination service operated by Access China Med. We are not a hospital or healthcare provider.
Information we collect
We may collect contact information, country, age, health concerns, diagnosis, treatment history, test summaries, travel timing, communication preferences and technical data such as referral source. Detailed records are requested separately when needed.

Sharing with medical institutions
With your consent, relevant information may be shared with selected hospitals, doctors or medical teams in China for case review. We aim to share only information needed for the stated purpose. Medical institutions may have their own privacy and record-retention requirements.
Cross-border data
Because the service connects international patients with institutions in China, information may be transferred across borders. By requesting this service and providing consent, you acknowledge that relevant information may be processed in China and in the location from which our team operates.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures. No internet transmission is completely risk-free. Do not send passports, bank details or full medical archives until a secure transfer route has been agreed.
Retention
Enquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for service, legal, accounting, security and follow-up purposes. Retention may differ when a hospital creates its own medical record.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete information held by us, subject to legal or operational requirements. You may also withdraw consent for future sharing, although this may prevent further case coordination.
Cookies and analytics
The website may use essential technical storage and privacy-conscious analytics. Marketing parameters may be retained to understand how an enquiry reached the site. We do not sell personal health information.
