Information we collect
We may collect contact information, country, age, health concerns, diagnosis, treatment history, test summaries, travel timing, communication preferences and technical data such as referral source. You may optionally include up to three selected reports with your initial enquiry, within the upload limits described below. If more detailed records or a full imaging archive are needed later, agree the transfer channel with our team before sending them.

Sharing with medical institutions
With your consent, relevant information may be shared with selected hospitals, doctors or medical teams in China for case review. We aim to share only information needed for the stated purpose. Medical institutions may have their own privacy and record-retention requirements.
Cross-border data
Because the service connects international patients with institutions in China, information may be transferred across borders. By requesting this service and providing consent, you acknowledge that relevant information may be processed in China and in the location from which our team operates.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures. No internet transmission is completely risk-free. Do not send passports, bank details or full medical archives until a secure transfer route has been agreed.
Retention
Enquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for service, legal, accounting, security and follow-up purposes. Retention may differ when a hospital creates its own medical record.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete information held by us, subject to legal or operational requirements. You may also withdraw consent for future sharing, although this may prevent further case coordination.
Cookies and analytics
With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits to our public information pages and clicks on our enquiry buttons. Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish browsers and measure visits. We disable Google advertising signals and advertising personalisation.
Analytics is optional. No Google Analytics tag is loaded before you choose Allow analytics. Choose Decline to continue without it, or use Cookie preferences in the footer to change your choice. Your preference is stored in this browser for up to 180 days; analytics cookies expire after up to 180 days. Blocking optional analytics does not prevent you from using the website or submitting an enquiry.
We exclude pages containing enquiry forms, the case submission page and the thank-you page from Google Analytics. We do not send form values, names, email addresses, diagnoses, case references, uploaded records or payment information to this service. Public page addresses are reported without query strings or fragments; referrers are reduced to their website origin. Public article titles and page addresses may describe medical topics, but these visits are not linked by us to your enquiry record.
Google processes analytics data under its own terms and may process it outside your country. See Google’s privacy policy and how Google uses information from sites that use its services. We do not sell personal health information.
