A clear role at each stage.
RMC coordinates the enquiry. The receiving institution makes medical decisions. You decide whether to proceed after the proposed route and responsibilities are clear.
From records to an informed decision
Each stage depends on the information and decisions before it.
Send your case
Share your diagnosis, current treatment and main question. We organise the enquiry and identify missing records.
Hospital review
When a credible route is identified, the receiving institution considers the case and may request more information.
Plan and quotation
Clarify the proposed route, uncertainty, alternatives, itemised fees and payment terms in writing.
Decide and coordinate
If a suitable route is confirmed and you choose to proceed, arrange appointments, travel support and follow-up.
What coordination includes
The service scope and any coordination fees should be agreed before work proceeds.
After a proposed route is confirmed
A useful review can also mean stopping.
Administrative preparation is not medical approval. An institution may decline the case, request more tests or recommend another approach. Travel should follow a clear review outcome and written instructions.
