Healthy aging and longevity medicine in China

Evidence-led assessment for people seeking more healthy years — without assuming that an anti-aging stem cell intervention is appropriate.

A different patient goal

Longevity medicine is broader than a procedure.

A responsible programme starts with medical history, function and measurable risks. It may combine specialist review, advanced screening and long-term planning. Regenerative medicine is one possible discussion, not the automatic centre of the programme.

  • Cardiovascular and metabolic health
  • Cognitive, sleep and mental well-being
  • Muscle, bone, balance and frailty
  • Nutrition, weight and endocrine health
  • Age-appropriate cancer and chronic-disease screening
  • Personalised exercise and prevention planning
Assessment components

Build the programme around the person.

The exact tests should reflect age, sex, history, symptoms, family risk, current medications and personal goals.

Cardiometabolic age

Blood pressure, lipids, glucose, body composition, vascular and cardiac risk.

Strength and resilience

Muscle, bone, balance, mobility, frailty and recovery capacity.

Cognitive and sensory health

Memory, sleep, mood, hearing, vision and neurological risk where appropriate.

Biomarkers

Clinical laboratory and selected molecular tests interpreted in medical context.

Prevention plan

Prioritised actions rather than a long unfiltered list of abnormalities.

Regenerative consultation

Evidence, access and risk review only when a relevant condition or pathway exists.

What we do not promise

Healthy aging should not be sold through fear or miracle claims.

  • No guarantee to reverse biological age
  • No automatic stem cell infusion for healthy clients
  • No single biomarker treated as a lifespan prediction
  • No replacement for proven prevention and disease management
  • No use of research language to imply established treatment

When a client has a specific condition — such as knee osteoarthritis, diabetes or chronic lung disease — the case can move into the relevant condition-specific review.

Longevity FAQ

Frequently asked questions

No. Healthy aging begins with risk, function and prevention. A cell-based intervention should only be discussed when medically relevant and supported.

Different tests estimate aspects of aging using clinical, functional or molecular measures. No single score should be treated as a complete prediction of lifespan.

Do not assume so. The exact legal, medical and evidence status of any intervention must be verified, and many “anti-aging” offers lack adequate support.

Cardiovascular, metabolic, cognitive, musculoskeletal, hormonal, nutritional, sleep, cancer-risk and functional evaluation may be combined according to age and goals.

Yes. A high-quality assessment and personalised prevention plan can be the entire service.

Better risk identification, more targeted prevention, improved function and a coordinated health plan are more realistic goals than “reversing age.”
