Explore regenerative medicine by condition
Begin with the diagnosis, disease stage and treatment history. Each guide explains the current clinical context, review requirements and why a regenerative pathway may or may not be appropriate.
Lung and airway disease
Respiratory pathway review depends heavily on CT imaging, pulmonary-function testing, infection history, phenotype and overall fitness.
COPD / emphysema
Selected chronic obstructive lung disease cases, with emphasis on phenotype and lung function.
View condition guide →Pulmonary fibrosis / ILD
A heterogeneous group requiring accurate subtype diagnosis and progression review.
View condition guide →Bronchiectasis
Imaging, infection burden, sputum history and lung function are central.
View condition guide →Joint, metabolic and women’s health
These conditions are medically distinct. Their records, evidence, risks and access pathways should never be treated as one universal “stem cell package.”
Knee osteoarthritis
Imaging grade, joint structure, symptoms and prior conservative care.
View condition guide →Type 2 diabetes
Diabetes classification, C-peptide, HbA1c, medication and organ function.
View condition guide →Premature ovarian insufficiency
Research and clinical-access review for a complex reproductive diagnosis.

When another medical pathway is more suitable
Our role is not to force every enquiry into regenerative medicine. If the records do not support a credible cell-based pathway, we can explain why and — where appropriate — help the patient obtain a conventional specialist review through Access China Med.
- Diagnosis confirmation or additional testing
- Standard medication optimisation
- Orthopaedic, respiratory, endocrine or reproductive specialist care
- Surgery, rehabilitation or other established options
- Registered clinical-trial matching when routine access does not exist
Frequently asked questions
No. A condition page explains relevant clinical pathways, current access status and the records needed for review. Final access depends on the institution and patient-specific eligibility.
We prioritise conditions for which a credible public pathway or meaningful clinical research can be verified. We avoid publishing a large list simply to imply that one cell treatment can address everything.
You may still submit a case. We can check whether a credible regenerative pathway, clinical trial or conventional specialist option in China deserves further review.
Yes. As a specialist service by Access China Med, we can redirect suitable cases to conventional specialists, diagnostics or second opinions when that is the more appropriate pathway.
Your diagnosis is the starting point.
Tell us the condition, stage, current treatment and latest tests. We will check what kind of medical review — regenerative or otherwise — appears most appropriate.
